The shift to a remote work culture during COVID-19 underscored the importance of people and survival. Despite global economic recession, our organization not only weathered the storm but emerged stronger. With a harmonious mix of seasoned and fresh perspectives, we secured ISO certifications, including ISO 27001, and joined NASSCOM to reinforce our commitment to quality standards. Embracing both smart and hard work, we cultivated a culture of continuous learning from internal collaboration and customer feedback.
